We had a spacious room in "The Bear". The decor is absolutely adequate and the beds were very comfortable. The accommodation is also recommended for a stay of several days. The Bear is also a pub, which is why you can eat there right away. The breakfast selection is large and it tasted very good. Parking is available on site and Bath town center is a 15-minute walk away.

All in all excellent value for money, had a good stay for a Bath visit. The location was great and lovely, short walk to the bar / restaurant, local cafes, shops and walks and the centre, I loved it.
Facilities were great, nonetheless Wi-Fi connection was weak.

Spacious rooms, clean. We really liked the retro facility. Rooms are above the pub and directly on the street, but not particularly noisy. You can get to the city in a short time by bus (you can pay in the bus cash or by card). Breakfast was good, nice service.

I loved how easy it was to wander over to Bath Abbey, just a short stroll away, and I really enjoyed relaxing in the gorgeous Parade Gardens, also nearby, perfect for soaking up the local atmosphere. The room provided everything I needed and felt quite luxurious for a single traveler.
